DKB – Calling is no longer possible – only answering machine?
My friend has an account with DKB.
He has already tried online, but the TAN takes so long that the DKB banking system always logs him out.
We've been trying to call for hours. It didn't work yesterday, and it didn't work today either.
DKB just keeps asking for endless numbers, they want this or that, but there's no clerk anywhere to be found.
Even entering the account number or card number does not work, then they hang up and say thank you for your call

2. Question: Does anyone know how to call them ? My friend has a problem with his call money. He wants to send the money to another bank, but he can't.

You have to rebook daily money at the DKB to the current account and can then transfer it from there (because only yesterday you did it yourself).
