DJI Mavic Mini does not recognize SD card, formatting is pointless?
Hello, I've tried a few times now to get my 64gb SanDisk Ultra SD card to work on the Mavic Mini, but no matter what I do, the drone keeps spitting out the error code: "10025: File System error. Change SD Card".
We previously used an even older SanDisk SD card with only 4GB (see image). It worked more or less without problems, but it just gave a warning that it was too slow. However, with the newer and larger card, as mentioned, nothing worked at all.
Of course, I've already formatted the SD card on my PC several times, using exFAT format, without success. A new SD card would always be a workaround, but this SD card is fully functional; large video files can be uploaded and downloaded without any problems, so I don't see the point in buying a new one.
Do any of you have any other ideas to try out?
Thanks in advance!
You should have had a better look in the instructions before, which memory cards are supported at all, because the one you used is unfortunately not on the list:
(extracted from https://www.dji.com/de/mobile/support/product/mavic-mini
These are, as it says, *recommended SD cards*, you don’t have to use them exactly.
That’s why the big 4GB SD card works, which is not on the list.
This is no reason the 64gb SD card should not work…
The larger the card, the greater the requirements it needs to fulfill so that it works.
Believe it and get a matching or leave it and keep annoying. Need to know if you want to help yourself. 🤷
