DJI Care Refresh…?

I crashed the Mini 2 and broke it. The LED indicator still works, but I can't turn it on. I've tried several times, different batteries, and even tried using the wall cable. I'm now considering getting DJI's "Care Refresh." Will it be repaired even though I crashed before I bought it? Does that mean I'm buying Care Refresh even though the drone is already broken? Care Refresh is a type of insurance, and I'm getting insurance even though it's already broken. Can I still get it repaired?
