Disordered eating behavior, what to do?
I have a big problem. I ONLY eat sweets? 15 Choco Fresh for breakfast, chocolate bonbons and gummy bears for lunch, and very little regular food. I'm very picky and I don't like so many things that I'd rather eat sweets! It's so addictive, I don't know what to do. I want to eat normal, healthy food and stop eating sweets 🙁
