Hello, I'd like to download a movie from Disney+ (on my phone) and watch it a few days later, of course without internet since I downloaded it. My only problem is that I can't watch the movie after a few days. Can you help? It says I don't have an internet connection, but that's why I downloaded it in the first place. You can’t do anything about it. If your account is not connected every few days and thus confirms the validity of your active subscription, the media will remain locked.
Luckily, it is enough to log in and renew the validity of the videos with a push of a button. The videos do not have to be reloaded. Then, as again, are accessible for a few days.
