Discord sagt, dass ich unter 13 bin?
Hallo!
Ich habe mir vor mehr als einem halben Jahr einen Discord-Account erstellt.
Ich wurde am 01.12.2009 geboren und min somit 13 Jahre alt. Ich habe den Account einen Tag vor meinem 13. Geburtstag erstellt, weil ich dachte, dass das schon in Ordnung ist.
Dann hat Discord vor einem Monat meinen Account deaktiviert und ich habe den Support gefragt, warum das passiert ist. Der Support hat gesagt, dass ich mich mit 12 registriert habe und deshalb soll ich warten bis ich 13 bin und es dann nochmal versuchen. Ich war ja schon 13 und habe mich angemeldet. Mein Account war aber immer noch deaktiviert und ich habe wieder dem Support geschrieben, dass ich schon 13 bin.
Der Support hat dann gesagt, dass ich einen neuen Account erstellen soll. Ich kann meinen alten Account nicht löschen, weil ich mich dazu anmelden muss und ich das nicht kann. Ich denke mal, dass mein Account jetzt schon automatisch gelöscht wurde.
Aber immer, wenn ich mich nochmal registrieren will, kriege ich die Meldung, dass ich noch nicht 13 bin.
Ich nutze die selbe E-mail Adresse und das selbe Passwort. Mein Geburtsdatum gebe ich auch gleich ein.
Was kann ich tun?

Use a different email name. It will probably be that only one Accout per email is possible with Discord. And you burned that email address.
I do not know how long an e-mail address remains at Discord, but as a rule, once used e-mail address is stored relatively long to prevent misuse.

Use other mail address and other password, otherwise the nix.
And it was rather unclever to register a day before the birthday, that had to go wrong.
