So Discord.gg and top.gg are trustworthy in my opinion, yet you can go safe and use an embedded browser like DuckDuckGo, which is always good.

The “discord.gg” Links are internal links for discord servers and thus can only be used internally as an invitation link.
Accordingly, “discord.gg” links are official and not dangerous from the principle.
However, you do not see what the content of the server is. This can then be the more dangerous part;-)
I recommend you 2FA to activate.
