Discord, screen sharing; sound and picture start acting up for some viewers after a certain time?

Good day,

I occasionally stream games or sometimes Netflix via screen sharing if I want to watch something with someone. But for some reason, the sound starts acting up, or the picture freezes every now and then. These problems occur regardless of the devices on the network. It doesn't matter if it's the PC or the laptop; the problem occurs on both. This has only been going on for about two weeks and happens on average every two to five minutes, which is extremely annoying.

Does anyone here have any idea what might be causing this? If it's caused by Discord updates, it can't be fixed by downgrading, unfortunately. I'd say that Discord initially provided a wonderful screen-sharing technology and then mutilated it. That would be a real shame. D:
