Discord 5000 ping, connection crashes in games?
Hello folks,
I'm writing this message to report a problem and hope for a solution. I've had this problem for at least two weeks now: my Discord constantly has a ping of 5000, which means I can't communicate with my friends. The connection also crashes in games. Strangely enough, this problem started for me overnight. My friends had it for a short time too, but it stopped somehow. I don't know why exactly… I've restarted my router several times, unplugged and replugged the cable, and changed the DNS address, but to no avail. I'm asking for your help.

DNS changes will not help with ping fluctuations!
Does this only concern discord or ping in online?
Is the internet normally running?
It is also in games so that it then crashes because of the connection. I noticed it even when I watched YouTube on the phone or so… that it slows down and stuff.
But otherwise, it is just that it is slower
then try to find out if the ping times are generally high and at which point they actually occur. Then you can decide where to go.

Yeah, that ran during the problem. That’s exactly what works, but why. Have a game open talking to friends on discord then I downloaded a game 2 times with 69 MB somehow quite funny.
at the target server an average of 1ms seems to me unworthy little. What’s your internet connection?
