Disable iPhone app synchronization?
Hello everyone. I bought myself a new phone (iPhone 14 Plus). My child wants to use the old one (iPhone 8 Plus) for YouTube, Netflix, etc. Now I don't want my child to have access to an app when I download it to my new phone. The Apple ID is the same. I downloaded an app to test it, and it was there right away on the old phone. However, on the old phone, the "App Downloads" option was already disabled under Settings > App Store > Automatic Downloads. What else can I do? Thanks in advance.

It doesn’t work like that. Create your own Apple ID for your child and redirect the old iPhone. Then you start a family and add the Apple ID from your child to the family release.

With this, your child can also use most purchased apps and InApp purchases for free and you can also share photos and other things.
