I’ve been working with DiskPart. But rather thought of an empty plate and a user who cannot start much with the command line. (dirkpart)

DiskPart is a command line tool in Windows, which is much more powerful, like the disk management. And since the questioner has many questions about Linux, it is likely to be assumed that the hard drive has been formatted or put into a write-protection mode, and therefore cannot be written under Win. And there’s no further data carrier management, as demuser only noted here in 1973…
