Direct debit return?

As far as I know, I was supposed to give a guy €10, but I sent €100 via PayPal (friends and family). The €100 was reserved at my bank under the app, and now I've clicked on direct debit return and confirmed it. I can't access my PayPal anymore because it says I have to call PayPal, but the €100 reserved is no longer in my Volksbank app. Maybe I was very drunk when I sent it to him. Maybe I bought something, I just don't remember, but I only do things like that, for example, if I ask someone if they can give me cash and I send them the money via PayPal, so "likely". Now the question is, do I get the €100 back that hasn't been deducted yet, or does he keep it? I hope I didn't buy something that I don't remember (wise)<~ and if I get the money back I'll have serious problems with the guy. Because he's a gangster and all that, you can imagine. I have enough money, but I'm really stressed right now because I don't know what happened. I don't want to rip off a big-money dealer without knowing what's going on. Otherwise, I can't figure out why I sent someone 100 via PayPal and the subject line said 10. That's it. Thank you in advance.
