I've noticed for a while now that something is sticking out between my ribs in the middle of my stomach (see attached picture). It feels a bit harder than the skin and stretches the skin further outward, making me look as if I'm fat.
Also, my stomach throbs when I feel there.
Does anyone know what these complaints are or
