Difficulty breathing what to do?
Good evening,
I have a small problem: It's kind of difficult for me to breathe. I don't know if you could call it shortness of breath, but it's certainly a bit harder to breathe. I also suffer from sensitivity to the weather. Could that be why I have that? When I'm retired, for example, lying in bed, my heart sometimes beats a little faster, just as when I've exerted myself, I get a brief palpitation. But I also have the problem almost every day that my heart skips a beat or stutters. I'm 17 years old; is that normal at that age? I don't have any other problems like sleeplessness, chest pain, or anything like that. I'm a very panicky person who always drives myself crazy, so please don't scare me too much. Or could that be the reason? Thank you so much for your help ๐๐ผ
Heyho,
Don’t worry about it… short heart failures also occur in healthy people, that doesn’t mean anything. Nevertheless, I would observe this in your place, before all, if you noticed it more frequently lately. Your shortness could have many causes, so depending on how extreme the expression, I would go to the doctor in a timely manner.
To your weather: This is different from man to man. Therefore, it is also possible that your symptome could be the consequences of it.
That’s why you don’t have to worry about it! Sleep a few more nights over it and watch the whole thing a bit: maybe write the times when certain symptoms occur and then go to the doctor to check it out. But something serious is not with almost 100% probability… so you don’t need to have panic. Had similar symptoms (and live still ^^)
I hope to have helped you!
Success ๐
