Different version of ChatGPT?

Hello people,

Chat GPT should be familiar to everyone by now. Of course, there's not only this AI chatbot, but also several others, such as YouChat, Jasper Chat, Gemini, and Klaude.

Chat GPT was developed with a moral foundation in mind. In other words, if a model like ChatGPT is asked "how can you kill someone without leaving a trace" (as an example), you'll immediately get the answer that it would be ethically and morally irresponsible to do so. You'll probably also be given a number to call if you have any problems.

Now to my question =

There's an advanced AI that's not available to the general public. It was developed to answer virtually any question in a completely objective, value-free manner, based on the current state of scientific knowledge. I can't remember the name.
Does anyone know what name this AI was given or who the developer is?
