Difference between surreal and utopian?

Utopian is more or less an idea that is unfulfillable; On the other hand, a true experience can be surreal. For example, you are staying in a hotel and in the next room is a guest who is your twin brother, from whom you have not known anything yet. This would not only be surreal, but also a coincidence event, namely a coincidence of higher order (there are three coincidences, coincidences I. Order, II. Order and higher order – the latter are surreal )
Surreal is just weird, utopian when you have expectations that are simply much lower in reality.
E.g. if I meant I could jump up 20m.
