Hello

Difference Red Wine Cuvee and Rose Cuvee?

A cuvée always means in the wine that it does not come from a pure and/or a position.

In order to produce red wine, the mash remains, so the juice together with the pulp, the bowls and cores, is meant to be very long together and already begins to ferment. Phenols, tannins and, of course, the red dye are dissolved from the shells. The pulp of each grape juice is basically “farblos”. The longer the mashing period, the more intense the wine and its color.

Various procedures exist to produce rosé wine. In principle, the mash time is significantly shorter. Therefore also the only pink coloring and the much lighter taste.

Happy You… and stay healthy

Only the production is different, rosé wine is only briefly crocheted from red grapes, so that only the bright grape interior is used. Red wine is with the pressed bowls.
