No, that’s NO Sepia shell, that’s a limestone.

A Sepia shell is the interior of a dead sea urchin. This is the calcium of biological nature. The lime from the stone is not biological, comes from the mineral kingdom. Every bird should have access to it, but also get sand with anise, because it trembles for digestion and smaller ornamental birds also like to take a sand bath.

Greetings

If this is elongated and thin, it could be a sepia shell.

Otherwise, it might be a grits.

This is sepia dish, main material is aragonite, a calcium carbonate. It is the backbone of a squid.

Calzium, so sephia shell. Good for all the birds and also for my turtles. Either they’re crumbling about it or I’m raking a little over the food. Unrestricted

It’s not a stone.
