Die Pille fast immer zu spät nehmen?
Ich nehme meine Pille fast immer zu spät weil ich sie trotz wecker vergesse. Manchmal nehme ich die sogar 2 Tage später weil ich vergesse dass ich die nicht genommen habe. Ich habe schon wieder Montag Abend die Pille von Samstag genommen und muss jz von Sonntag und Montag heute nehmen also am Dienstag usw. Ich nehme die Pille nicht weil ich verhüte sondern wegen schmerzen und unreine Haut. Ich weiss dass das nicht so gut ist die Pille so zu nehmen ich versuche mich da auch zu bessern aber kann das iwelche schlimme Auswirkungen haben ? Mache mir nämlich langsam schon Sorgen darüber dass ich das so auf die leichte Schulter nehme.

because you do not take the pill for prevention, it is not quite so serious that you take it so irregularly.
What can happen are nonuniform, fluctuating active levels and thus a reduced effect of the pill. Lubrication and intermediate bleeding can occur and, of course, prevention is no longer possible.
You may not be ideal when you forget the pill. Do you have a ritual that you do daily and that you can associate with taking the pill? For example, I have my blister in my spectacle case, together with my glasses. So when I get up in the morning and put my glasses on, I remember taking it right away.
