Pay attention to your breathing all the time?

Hello, I constantly feel like I have to pay attention to breathing otherwise I'll forget. I have trouble breathing through my nose because it's blocked, and I have to pay attention to how I breathe the whole time. This is also caused by my anxiety disorder. Does anyone know how I can distract myself from this? I'm afraid my lungs will give up the ghost.

I’ll say so much.

If you go to sleep and wake up in the morning, your breathing center in the brain is okay.

There’s nothing going to change. So you can live normal.

15, 20 minutes breathe slowly

All out Rotzen

Warm shower

Sleep

Finished
