The anesthetic injection before toe surgery hurts!? Is cold spray helpful?
My colleague had cold spray applied to her big toe. My question: Does the spray relieve pain, or does it also act as a disinfectant?
Do any of you have experience with this?

The question is in the title. I'm at school right now and have tension in my shoulder. It hurts a lot. Does anyone have any tips?
https://www.cast21.com/ This is the link to these modern plasters. I wanted to know if they really work because I want to go to the seaside soon and need a waterproof plaster.
I'm 19 and have also been smoking for over a year. Can you already have a smoker's cough at this age? It probably isn't COPD, since my physical fitness is good and I'm generally doing well physically. Occasionally there is also sputum, especially when sneezing.
Have a cough with sputum and a runny nose
But I also inhaled it as a child. Do I have COPD now???
Yeah, that’s just a little bit for the puncture. It relieves something. I have to admit that I hardly notice the difference. But the stitch and also the anesthesia process can be held well. The relief from local anaesthesia follows quite quickly.
Relax, do not watch and focus on good, calm and balanced breathing… then it goes by itself.
You can do this!
You took me the fear of a toe syringe. Thank you!
The nerve stimuli become more incapable by cold!
Only the skin is “infused”. Usually this is only used in children. The puncture pain is only minimally weakened. You don’t really notice a difference.
