Didn’t receive Bafög last month?

Hello everyone, my Bafög usually comes at the end of the month, now it is already mid-July and I still don't have any Bafög from June.
I've written several emails, and during the phone calls, no one seemed to really want to find a solution. I was always forwarded to a new person, who never answered during office hours. I don't know of any documents I need to resubmit. Do you know what could be going on?
