Didn't receive your order?

Hello, I ordered an iPhone 16 in pink from Amazon for my wife for her birthday with Prime. According to the Amazon app, the package should have been delivered to my mailbox, but when I checked, there was no package. I reported it to Amazon and they said I should wait until a certain date and if it doesn't arrive, I should call again.

But I have now received an email from Amazon. As far as I understand, I should have made several refunds, although I don't remember any.

Should I get a lawyer involved now because I'm paying for something I didn't get, especially since they have to hand over the package with a code, which was also stated in the order, because simply putting it in my mailbox is ridiculous, as my area isn't that safe, and packages have often been stolen from us, including by neighbors.

If you want to go to negotiations with them, then only by writing in, if necessary with return. And then it’s enough if you turn DANACH on a lawyer. You can calm down if you really do that, let me know that you’re going to have a lawyer.

But you wait until the date from AMAZOn. Not before.

If Amazon expects a code when accepting the package, you will receive it beforehand by email.

You should still have that mail.

The code itself then exists x hours before delivery. And without code, the supplier must not deliver.

especially since they have to deliver the package during the transfer with code, even when ordering

Also in the order confirmation that the delivery takes place only against the name of the code?

That was the case with me recently, and the value of my show was much lower.

You want to tell us all seriously that you have already deleted the mail with the password?
