Didn't get your first wish?
Guys, I had to apply to the company because my apprenticeship is coming to an end soon. We had to write down three wishes about which station/department we wanted to work in later… I wrote down three, even though I actually only wanted to go with the first one. Now they've given me the second one, and I'm still deciding whether to accept it or not. At school, everyone got their first wish, except me.
How would you have reacted? Accept the second request anyway and change companies at some point?
The thing is, there were three of us who applied for this station and the two of us got the place and only I had to go somewhere else, namely my second choice.

After my training (industrial businessman) I would not be asked. It is used where demand exists.
I found almost all departments ok and came into one where I was most of the time of training with great colleagues and everything fits.
Wait a minute. Be happy to take you. Apply elsewhere or change internally.

I’d take the job and sniff it. You’ll get a new trial time anyway and if you don’t show up, you can continue to apply and then quit.
Ne, I’m still in training and the house takes us directly who wants to stay there after the training, so we had to apply and have already got the commitment to which department/station we are taking over.

It doesn’t matter. be glad that they take you at all. Of course, one can express wishes but they do not have to be taken into account. Especially if there are only two vacancies, but there are three people applying for it.
I don’t know at all that you can go after the training in which department you start. With us was simply said after training “yes we take you but you come into and the department”. Whether we wanted to go there or not was second-ranking. And so it’s also in many other companies that you can’t pick it up after training, but you get prescribed in which department you come.
