Diarrhea from amoxicillin. What to do?

Hello,

I've been taking Amoxicillin 750 mg three times a day since Wednesday. So far, I've tolerated the medication quite well. My digestion has been a bit different, with two bowel movements per day, but never diarrhea. Today, I haven't been to the bathroom at all, and after taking the second tablet in the late afternoon, I had stomach cramps and diarrhea twice in a row. I'm fine now; I'm drinking fennel tea and have also eaten porridge, but why now? I only have one tablet left, which I have to take later. And the strange thing was that I felt cold for a moment while I had the stomach cramps.

What else can/should I do? Should I buy Perenterol tomorrow so my gut flora can restore itself? I always eat yogurt with muesli in the morning, and I also consumed fiber yesterday and today.

Hey, if you’re just taking one, you’ll take it off.

I saw that. But in the same sentence, you’ve been thrown behind “stop for nothing.”

Sit down? Because of diarrhea? Seriously?! You as a “medical professional” should know best that a deposition is deposed.

Since you have no intense diarrhea, end therapy with amoxicillin. Then you can get Perenterol in the pharmacy, but normally it also regulates itself.

It’s not a violent side effect. You don’t just stop an AB treatment, especially since it’s almost finished anyway.

If you’d just sit on the toilet, it would look different.

That’s very likely, especially since you don’t have a strong reaction.

I wouldn’t do anything. It usually regulates itself. At least this is my personal experience. Only if you were to maintain problems would an intestinal remediation be useful. It’s not just a few capsules to swallow Perenterol.

This intestinal history is also unnecessary. You don’t have to do anything about diarrhea. This usually happens within a very short time without doing it again

No drugs. Drink a lot and eat vegetables and natural yogurt.
