DHL Sendung aus der Packetstation holen?
Hallo ich hoffe mir kann hier jemand helfen. Ich habe mir ein Paket in eine Packstation über die Postnummer liefern lassen. Für die Abholung bekommt man einen Abholcode auf die App gesendet. Jetzt ist mir vorhin aufgefallen, dass ich das Passwort hierfür nicht mehr kenne. Ich kann mein Passwort auch nicht zurücksetzen, da ich leider überhaupt keine Ahnung mehr habe mit welcher Emailadresse ich mich damals registriert hatte. Ich hab nur noch die Karte wo mein Name und die Postnummer drauf steht. Hatte vielleicht auch schonmal das Problem, und kann mir sagen, ob ich überhaupt noch eine Chance habe an das Paket zu kommen? Danke schonmal im voraus.

Call DHL in Bonn. They’ll send you a new pickup code. Did you get a paper pickup card? On the one is a code you can scan under it at the packing station.
