Hey, does it cost to deliver a letter via poste restante? (apart from postage) I haven't found anything about this at the post office, only that mail storage costs money, which is a different matter since the letters are kept for longer.
I ordered something on September 24th and it arrived on the 25th. Does that mean if I take it to the post office on October 25th it will take 30 days or should I take it to the post office on the 24th? I don't know exactly whether the order date or the arrival date…

This QR code? No, it contains only the data for the return label – i.e. essentially the recipient address and the consignment number.
What is in letters, parcels or packages, the mail, DHL, UPS, etc. does not matter and does not interest them (cf. letter secret).
