DHL returns always go back and forth?
Hello
I have a question about a DHL package.
A package was sent to Austria last year. He didn't want this package and refused to accept it, which means the package is being returned to the sender (to me). I agree. I live in 79713 Bad Säckingen… but the package keeps going back and forth… what's the point? I finally need the package back. It was on the 30th in Lahr in my region, and then on December 31st it went further away again? What's the point? What can I do? I finally want the package back. See the pictures in the section. Maybe someone knows something about this.
I've already called DHL and they told them it's currently in Lahr… but why does it say Obertshausen? And why did it go further away again… They say they've initiated the case, but what good does that do me?

Hello Berlina
Something like that could happen, of course… but it has to go somewhere, right? It's pointless to keep going back and forth… Do you think it could get lost?😦
Just do an investigation.
Given the time that has passed between shipping and today, I would have done this after Christmas at the latest.
There are updates all the time… research requests are for packages that haven't received an update for 5 days
Not really. Even in cases like this. After all, it needs to be clarified why the package isn't arriving. So get going.
Yes, I'll wait until tomorrow to see where the package is going. There was another update earlier about transport to the region. The question is, which region?
