Hello. I returned a package via Packetstation a few days ago. I haven't received a notification that I've returned it, nor has it been picked up. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Thanks.

Hello, I received a message in my mailbox from DHL telling me to pick up the test with fees. The tracking number starts with BA. Does anyone know why that is?

Hello, unfortunately my package was a few hundred grams too heavy, so I paid an extra €1.50 in the store and received a new tracking number. Is the package also insured separately? I originally insured the label up to €2,500.
What is the complete course of the broadcast?
Only “Included in the Packstation” or other entries?
Was a franked label on the package or was a label printed on a QR code at the packing station?
There’s nothing at all, no confirmation that it’s delivered to the packing station. It was a franked label.
Then it seemed like a package, but not a package. And package without “c”.
