DHL parcel in branch without notification card?

According to the tracking information, my package couldn't be delivered today (even though I was home at the time!) and was taken to the store. You need your ID and the yellow notification card to pick it up. Unfortunately, I didn't have a card in my mailbox this time. I don't think the delivery person was actually here…

Can I still pick up the package (ie only with my ID)?

The card is just a notification. No pickup or anything. The identity card

Passport or current driving license should go as well.

Yeah, well.

Health insurance card is not enough

I've already noticed that the delivery guy is just one. Notes in the mailbox threw with the indication that the delivery was not possible. I didn't do that when I was present.

Then you have to pick up the package at the parcel station shown on the note, which is annoying.

Some people save time when they throw a note like that. The package is then deemed to be delivered and the delivery agent also gets his money.

This is rare.

At the beginning of the broadcast tracking is the broadcast number. Show this + PA in the branch, and you get your package.

You don't have to have the card.

It's enough for you to always have it.

because you always have to.

Wrong. Always have to have the driver's license only if you move a vehicle. Nothing else!
