DHL/parcel query?

Hello everyone,

According to DHL, my package was supposedly dropped off at a branch. I went there twice, but they didn't have my package. And the status that DHL delivered the package there after 6 p.m. is also incorrect. The post office was closed at that time.

Then I called DHL and put the case in processing, and the next day the tracking information was updated, saying I could now pick it up at the same branch. I could also call to check if the package was there before I head back there. And according to the tracking information, it was dropped off today at 9:11 a.m., which also makes me skeptical. The post office opens at 10 a.m.
