DHL Paket verloren/verschwunden?
Hallo ihr lieben,
DHL hat probiert bei mir ein Paket zuzustellen (Es wurde nicht geklingelt und somit sollte es direkt in eine Filiale gebracht werden, weil es ja nicht zugestellt werden konnte 😑😒)
Nun hatte ich keine Benachrichtigungskarte im Briefkasten, ich dachte mir warte paar Tage vielleicht kommt ja was.
Nach etlichen malen Anrufen etc. wurde mir gesagt man könne mir nichts sagen, da es in keiner Filiale eingescannt wurde und somit nirgends zum abholen bereit wäre. Das alles ist jetzt schon ne Woche her.
Was kann ich da machen? Einfach abwarten oder eventuell nen Nachverfolgungsantrag? 😩 Kenne mich damit 0 aus, ist mein erster Fall bis jetzt.

If this does not help, you will contact the sender of the package.
You can’t do anything, the sender is the contract partner of the delivery service, who has to make the application at DHL.
