Hello, over a month ago I bought something worth 60€ on eBay, the package was sent as usual with tracking, but since then it has been stuck somewhere. I have already called DHL myself and the seller has also requested an investigation, but nothing has come of it (yet).
is there anything that can be done?

You can’t do more than a loss message at the DHL. If the package is insured and lost at the DHL, you can get compensation from their insurance.
“with shipment tracking” does not automatically mean “insured”
What you and the seller have done is the only thing that can be done at DHL.
Going “lost” with DHL packages and packages is standard.
