Hallo,
ich habe heute 3 Pakete bei einer Packstation mit Drucker eingeliefert, um sie zu versenden. Allerdings ging der Drucker nicht und die Station hat mich auch nicht aufgefordert das Label zu drucken. (alle 3 Pakete haben kein Label jetzt drauf). Werden die Pakete trotzdem versendet?

Loading...Laut Sendungsverfolgung wurde ein Paket heute um 11:23 Uhr an mich zugestellt. Ich habe jedoch kein Paket angenommen und im Treppenhaus, sowie vor der Tür ist es um kurz nach 12:00 Uhr nicht zu finden. Auch ist keine Benachrichtigungskarte im Briefkasten. Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich das sehe. Inwiefern wird die Sendung noch von Dhl abgeholt, wenn da steht dass sie schon im Dhl Paketzentum liegt?

Ich habe jetzt mehrere Versuche gemacht an eine Packstation schicken zu lassen. Die ersten beiden Male gingen schief und die Ware wanderte wieder nach China. Dann hat es zwei mal geklappt und ich dachte jetzt ist es okay. Aber jetzt ging es wieder bei zwei Paketen daneben. Dachte mir das die Adresse an einen Paketshop…

in such cases you can settle the package calmly. DHL is currently even building packing stations without printers. The deliverer then sees where your package is to go by scanning the QR codes on your mobile phone on the packing station. This then prints your label, sticks it to the show and brings you to the shipping path.
if no error message was displayed for the purpose of the printer, it was probably switched off by DHL (due to vandalism, technical problems, etc.)

Because I gave them about 1 week ago and so far no news that they could not be sent.

The fact that there are parcel stations without printers does not seem to know all DHL staff. For me, 20.12. 2024 sent three pacts to such a station. In the case of a package, the message “Due to missing address details, the recipient of the shipment is currently determined” came from the start package center in Neumünster (SH) on 23 December, so that it was passed on to the correct parcel center for my place of residence (Bremen) and Heiligabend still arrived.
In the other two, the notification came from Cologne and once from Hannover on 31.12. (!). Maybe the pacts are now arriving at 3.1. or 4.1.2025. The only pleasing thing is that DHL can apparently assign the shipments to the right recipient despite missing address labels …
If there isn’t where it’s supposed to be, it won’t be shipped, then it will be delivered to the next DHL headquarters there you can pick it up, I would guess now
But with some packing station without printer, that’s what happens. They’ll see which number to which compartment is assigned.
