Hi.
Since Tuesday, 4:52, it says that the shipment has arrived in the recipient's region.
So far, nothing has changed. It was supposed to arrive Thursday, but nothing has happened.
Now it doesn't even say when the package is expected to arrive.
Is this normal? What could be causing this?
