DHL Paket falsch frankiert?

Packages are not even franked – and the whole thing seems to me plentiful Spanish … In Austria, the postal codes are four digits, in Germany five digits, only one can easily distinguish this. There are, however, special features with the Kleinwalsertal and Jungholz in Tirol, because they formally belong to Austria, but are German customs territory – that would be the only logical explanation for history …

what is wrongly franked? zuwenig – that will go back

have glued too much, makes nix, the post has a little “donated” that is delivered as usual

Incorrect: This can only be delivered correctly if it is correctly addressed – but it cannot be with the address werwarr if we do not speak of the exceptions Kleinwalsertal and Jungholz (with German and Austrian PLZ).
