DHL Packstation Drucker geht nicht?

Hallo ich wollte gerade eben mein Paket versenden und habe den QR gescannt und dann stand da Label wird ausgedruckt aber es wurde nichts ausgedruckt

Ich habe es dann nochmal ausprobiert von Anfang an ging trotzdem nicht

Ich bin dann zu einer anderen Packstation gegangen und habe es da versucht wenn ich den QR da scanne Fehler wird nicht erkannt

Dann habe ich Versandmarle drucken gedrückt bei der E Mail da steht das Siehe Bild

Mir kommt das jetzt so vor das ich garnicht mehr mein Label ausdrucken kann?

Der Verkäufer meint ich solle ihm per Email bestätigen, dass ich seinen Artikel bzw das Produkt von ihm erhalten habe, so, dass Paypal ihm den Betrag auszahlen kann. The following information can be found at DHL:

“In principle, the postage printing of your shipping brand is only available once. If the pressure fails, it will be recognized by the system and you can reset the pressure independently.

Simply click on the link to download the shipping brand. After entering and confirming the displayed code, you will receive the shipping brand again.

If the new postage print fails or you have technical problems, please contact ourCustomer service.”
