DHL Packstation didn't get a QR code and I get harassed on the phone as if I were to blame for something?

So my eBay order was sent to a packing station. I received notification that it had been sent to the address provided. But I didn't get a QR code. The first guy on the phone, after some research, said they had to fill out a form and would hear back by Saturday. That was too late for me; there was a plant in it. I called again and was redirected to the parcel department. A guy with a disgusting, slimy bedroom voice asked me everything… right down to the packing station number…. I said 131, no, that's not right. I told him the address, which was correct, but the number wasn't….then I got angry and I told him several times that there was only one packing station here and that was 131….then he said the more I gave him false information and he couldn't verify it, the worse it would get for me…Hello, I'm not a criminal and he's not the police….he checked all my data and in the end he said I gave him the wrong number. I'm standing in front of the machine where the number is clearly visible in bold…Some of them are really out of place…good thing everything was recorded…I'm currently completely nervous because of this idiot and DHL…does anyone have any tips for me? Thanks 🙂

If you are fully registered with the DHL and in the DHL app the “Packstation” section looks as follows:

In the tracking of the consignment, it can be seen that the package is located in the “Packstation 131”?

And who is it? Isn’t there a consignment number?

And you don’t want to answer the first two questions?

If the DHL app is displayed in the “Packstation ” area at you nix, then there is no shipment in the Packstation.

What is the complete, exact course of the shipment?

Again…where did you get the information that something should be in the packing station?

Okay, so I’ve never done this with QR code, but I’ve always entered a number on the notification card.

So you just got an email that the package should be there?

Ask him. He’s got the number. Bzw broadcast number is often included. You can then enter manually

QrCode then necessary
