I sent a package via Packstation last Wednesday, and DHL still hasn't picked it up. According to the DHL website, this package isn't defective. Unfortunately, I can't check it in person right now. Customer service can't do anything except file a complaint. The recipient is also starting to put pressure on me, as he probably suspects fraud.
