Hello, I paid for DHL Express until 12:00 so that the package would arrive before 12:00. But now the tracking information shows that the package will arrive "by the end of the day."
Will it still arrive before or around 12 o'clock, or in the evening? Or tomorrow?

So, the postal code is correct, but the city isn't. The shipment is coming from Spain, it would be a shame if it were returned… The postal codes/districts are practically next to each other. Does DHL then ship by postal code or city?

Unfortunately, I am not omniscient or can look into the future and not the others here either.
Most of them do, however, and bring it on time. However, the driver can usually have little problems for traffic.

Just wait and if it has not arrived until 12:30-13h, write DHL an email that it has not happened as bought. With luck, they will refund you the delivery.
