Usually there is either an invoice or you pay the customs fees when picking up from the parcel station.
If everything goes smoothly, the package will be redirected to a branch.
However, if the consignment has to be picked up by the customs, the corresponding letter is placed in the packing station.
Once in the DHL app, see if there is something in the packing station, because for mailings you will not receive notification.
