DHL customer account verified, but not transferred?
I just verified my DHL account with PostIdent and received a link to activate my account. I also received an email confirming that my phone is now activated for Packstations.
However, the DHL app still tells me that my customer account needs to be verified with PostIdent. Whenever I click "Verification already completed?", it just spins around briefly and nothing happens.
Once logged out in the app and re-login should fix the problem.

I went to PostIdent again in the app, it says that my identification is currently being processed. The email that my phone is activated, but I already got it. Can it be that the email was sent out too soon and my data is still checked by an employee?

Why do you verify this with your ID? It’s too risky. And private. I have a DHL customer account with other names, data and addresses. You just have to send this letter to your address then change the name to your mailbox for a few days and then you get a letter. And then you can change your address online and stay completely anonymous.

So the package can stay in the packing station for up to 8 days. The letter lasts 2-3 days and to make a new anonymous account and then request the letter maybe 5-10 minutes. I’d rather do that.
