DHL bulky goods package original packaging?

Hello, I have a package that I would like to send with DHL bulky goods due to its size.

Unfortunately, there's no other packaging I can use for this size. So, the package will be sent in its original packaging.

Is this a reason why DHL might not send the package?

It shouldn't be a reason. You could also use packing paper.
