Hallo, Ich habe am 14.07. den Antivierungscode beantragt für die Packstationen beantragt. Das heißt heute war der 5. Werktag. In der App steht die Sendung des Codes dauert zwischen 2-5 Werktage. Kommt der Brief jetzt noch an oder kann ich irgendwie anders an mein Paket kommen? Es liegt nämlich schon in der Packstation.

Sie würden nie das Paket selbst öffnen, aber ich mache mir sorgen, dass man von außen ins paket sehen kann und/oder außerhalb auf einem zetter o.ä. drauf steht was drin ist. Alsoooo… Bin ich…
Weiß einer ob es irgendwelche spezielle voraussetzungen gibt. Ich weiß das wen man an eine Paketstation sendet ,muss man 18 jahre alt sein und muss eine postnummer besitzen. Da ich diese aber nicht habe würde ich gerne an eine Filiale versenden lassen und einfach dort abholen.
Kann jemand mir helfen? Ich kann nicht mit Gutschein Karte bezahlen.

A letter can always come too late. Wouldn’t have a package delivered to a packing station if the pick-up is on a letter..
Without a letter it becomes difficult to ask if you can do mailident instead of a letter.
So without the letter it becomes difficult. The deliverer could get it out and give it to you personally, but we don’t have time for that.
could I just theoretically hit the front door but about the time of the clock I got the notification that my package is in the station?
I work at DHL and every contributor has his individual time. Some colleagues do that first so they get rid of the packages. I always finish packing station and feed all the notified packages. So that customers can pick up their packages on the same evening and don’t have to wait a day.

If the shipment was ordered directly into the packing station you can forget without the letter. If the package has been redirected to the packing station or notified, you can apply for a second delivery.
Do you know if you can handle this for a show inform of a once code or similar?
How did you solve the problem? I’m just in the same situation and hope the letter’s coming.
