Devolo, FritzBox is not recognized?

Hello!

I don't know how I managed to do this, but somehow I installed Devolo in such a way that when we unplug the Devolo, the FritzBox is displayed, but we don't get an internet connection through it.

In other words, if you plug the Devolo into the socket, we all have internet; if you unplug it, we all have no internet. Even though the FritzBox is always visible.

Does anyone have an idea or a tip for me???
