German sweets/snacks to give to a friend abroad?
What is a typical German sweet/snack that I can give to my colleague who is abroad? It should be available at the supermarket. Please not chocolate, because it can melt. Thanks for your answers.

Typical German sweets and snacks that you can give to your colleague abroad are Haribo Gold Bears, Gingerbread, Prints, Pepper Nuts, Brezel Chips, Knäckebrot and Magenbrot. These treats are available in most German supermarkets and are well suited for shipping as they are not melting and long lasting.
apple rings, fruit cuts, tree cake, speculative, gingerbread/printes

Tree cakes and prints fall from wg. Chocolate cover.

Haribo Zeugs!
Haribo is everywhere

Yeah, it depends on where the other is abroad. In NL or Scandinavia there are more Haribo than with us.
