Deutsche Bahn lässt Gäste enorm leiden!?

Ich habe ein großes Problem, ich fahre mit der Linie 23 straubing dgf mit einem Bus von ebenbeck, mit dem ich umsteigen muss.
Leider sind manche Fahrer zu (immer Freitags) inkompetent und fahren mit dem Bus in den ich umsteigen muss schon weg obwohl ich noch nicht mal bei der Haltestelle bin. (Das umsteigen steht strickt im Fahrplan und der Bus muss warten!).
Ich sitze dann meistens 2 Stunden an der nicht überdachten Bushaltestelle um Regen oder bei -3°C und warte dann auf jemanden der mich nach hause fahren kann (verwandte)
Ich bin also auf den Busverkehr angewiesen und das kann es wohl nicht sein das ich sowad durch machen muss.
Der nächste Bus würde erst 3 Stunden später fahren.
Ich habe schon oft mit anderen geschädigten bei ebenbeck angerufen und mich beschwert und es bessert sich trotzdem nicht!
Ich fahre mit der Linie schon 3 Jahre und das ist einfach unmöglich das ebenbeck da nix ändert!
Gibt es noch eine Möglichkeit wie ich dagegen vorgehen kann?

I’m not in town in your area. Surely in this season a long wait is very unpleasant. Is your first bus on time? Then the connection would have to be waited. Tell the driver that his colleague is waiting for you.
Maybe you can complain to the city.
