I’d say log in to Paypal and see if you find DB under “pay late” with the sum of the ticket. If you don’t find it then you didn’t finish it and you didn’t buy it.

If you have done it by the end, you should have received one from Paypal with “Your purchase at DB Vertrieb GmbH – you pay in 30 days”. Otherwise you have closed Paypal or DB app as I did too early. I also wondered why nix came until I saw at Paypal that no payment is out.
