German sentence parts?
I have to write under the words whether it is genitive or subject but what do I have to write with an adverbial determination

The number 0.125 is typically pronounced "zero point one two five." I've noticed that colleagues from abroad more often say "zero point one hundred twenty-five." Is it a German or a Western convention to read out decimal places individually, or where does it come from?
Why can I simply leave out the article in the first sentence? "I learn German every day." "I learn the German language every day."
How do you spell it correctly?
I'm supposed to help my sister with her homework, but neither of us understands it, and my parents aren't here. She tried, but I don't think her answers are correct. Does anyone know what to do? It's from 4th grade, by the way.
