Derailleur adjusted?

Hello,

I adjusted my bike's derailleur. First the end stops and then the cable tension.

After I gradually increased the cable tension so that you can shift to larger sprockets easily, the end stops have shifted slightly (H and L screws).

Should I adjust it again or should I just leave it as it is?

I also wanted to adjust the wrap angle, but Shimano's instructions are too imprecise for me (Altus rear derailleur).

best regards

You're the last time you hit them. They've turned out before. The looping is rarely of interest. I also have to try out what this B screw does.

Normally, the stops do not change, but if you still adjust to fit it
